The Shred Shield shell is designed with a freeride look and tapered forehead protection against gate impact. Through a partnership with the Italian engineered materials company Alia Mentis, we’ve developed helmet liners that use Casidion to aid in dissipating forces. Casidion is an acrylic self-healing foam infused with carbon nanostructures that dissipates impact energy more efficiently in a smaller volume. It allows us to greatly reduce the thickness of the impact liner to shed weight and eliminate bulk while still providing extraordinary energy absorption in repeated impact scenarios.

The Rotational Energy System™ patent pending system minimizes the effects of rotational accelerations to the head on impact by allowing a relative rotation of the helmet on the head.

Is a super durable, tough and flexible copolymer shell specifically designed to work with our MULTI IMPACT and NOSHOCK MULTI IMPACT liners.TAPERED SHELL
Tapered thickness of the shell to provide forehead protection against gate impact.
Helmet meets and exceeds safety standards FIS 2013 RH, EN1077/A and ATM F2040. This helmet is thoroughly tested and approved according to the new FIS 2013 RH standards which will be mandatory for all FIS races starting from November 2014. These new norms require the helmets to provide the same level of safety of the EN1077A norm, but with over 20% higher speed in the crash test.The QUICK RELEASE PRECISION BUCKLE has been improved even further and provides ultimate safety and comfort.
A size 56(M) helmet corresponds to 56cm circumference, a size 58(L) is 58cm, etc….
Remember that every head is different, so the tape measurement may not be as accurate as actually trying the helmet on. The shape of your head is not a perfect circle!
