With Thermopad foot warmers the complete foot sole will remain warm for approx. 8 hours. Remove the Thermopad foot warmers from the packaging and place them directly into the shoes or boots. It only takes a few minutes for the warmers to reach their maximum temperature. Pads are made from a mixture of natural materials: powdered iron, salt, charcoal, water and vermiculite. This mixture is surrounded with a soft breathable membrane. In conjunction with oxygen, the mixture heats up. Best to be used until October 2022.
